Utilizing the scientific methodology of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga paired with modern kinetic body conditioning, this class builds balanced strength, deep core control, and dynamic joint mobility, helping both artists and wellness enthusiasts achieve physical longevity.

  • Ashtanga Vinyasa Series: Mastering the sequential Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A & B) and the foundational standing/sitting postures to align breathing with physical transitions.
